RETURN POLICY - EASYRETURN

Return or refund within 40 days.

(1) Just want your money back? No worries, returns are easy. Simply return your item (note: initial shipping costs are non-refundable) and we will refund your purchase immediately.

(2) If the return is caused by the mistake from our staff, Such as we didn’t deliver correctly according to the size, color, shipping address of your order or out of stock, we will take full responsibility for a full refund (The time of funds to account depends on the methods you pay). Of course, we suggest that if you like our products, it is best to coordinate replacement.

(3) We offer high-quality products, if you are dissatisfied with the quality, you can email us for return, we have specialists to service for you. If it is proved to be the problem of product itself, we will give you our warehouse address, you didn't even need to pay one-way shipping fee during this period.

EXCHANGE POLICY

(1) After receiving the items, if feel the real object doesn’t match the pictures or descriptions of the products online, after successful verification by after-sales, you can email us an application for a replacement and you didn't need to pay one-way shipping during this period.

(2) If you find that you chose the wrong size, color, pattern or filled in the wrong shipping address within 3 days after placing an order, and apply for a replacement, we will exchange for you unconditionally. If more than 3 days and the items had been shipped out. you need pay for two-way shipping fee, and we will charge $5.99 fixed shipping cost.

(3) The return address will be provided by email after the request is submitted.

NOTE:Please note that items damaged by normal wear and tear and misuse will not be considered defective and REORIA reserves the right to refuse a refund on these grounds.

RETURN AMOUNT

(1) Refund after not receiving the goods: We will refund you within 5 working days after the email confirmation. (Applicable to all collection channels)

(2) Refund after the goods have been received: The refund will be made within 5 business days after we receive the goods. (Applicable to all collection channels)

POSTAGE COSTS BE REFUNDED

Postage costs will only be refunded if your entire order is damaged or faulty.

Please note that the refund amount will be based on the postage conversion in US dollars at the time the order is placed.

For international orders, the refund amount will be displayed in the currency of your country after the refund has been processed. The currency exchange rate used is always the rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
