2.EXPRESS SHIPPING

General express shipping includes UPS, DHL, EMS and FedEx.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURN POLICY - EASY RETURN

There are only two cases available for return or refund.

(1) If the return is caused by the mistake from our staff, Such as we didn’t deliver correctly according to the size, color, shipping address of your order or out of stock, we will take full responsibility for a full refund (The time of funds to account depends on the methods you pay). EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept two kinds of replacements.

(2) If you find that you chose the wrong size, color, pattern or filled in the wrong shipping address within 3 days after placing an order, and apply for a replacement, we will exchange for you unconditionally. If more than 3 days and the items had been shipped out. you need pay for two-way shipping fee, and we will charge $5.99 fixed shipping cost.
